Think of EXCELeration as area-wide FCA Leadership training on an ongoing basis. Starting Monday, September 12th, we will begin having EXCELeration Leadership training for all current and potential FCA Campus Ministry leaders to sharpen your leadership skills and enhance your ability to impact your campus for Jesus. We will meet every Monday night (except during Holiday seasons) and you are invited with the other leaders from your school to join us as often as possible.

We understand that seasons change, and there are many other activities going on that demand your attention. But this is our effort to pour into numerous campuses at the same time so that we can create relationships and synergy between the different schools so we can maximize our impact we have as an FCA ministry.

If your campus ministry leadership team is used to meeting regularly to plan your FCA Huddle meetings, Bible Studies, or chaplain programs (which I hope you are), we are simply asking you and your team to simply switch your weekly leadership meeting to Monday nights and join us at the Griffon Indoor Sports Complex on the campus of Missouri Western, and use that night as your leadership meeting.

Here is a what a typical night will look like:

7:00 -7:30 PM - Athletic competition/activity on the indoor field
7:30 - 8:00 PM - Leadership training led by area FCA staff, coaches, business leaders, and pastors
8:00 - 8:30 (or 9 if you need it) PM - Break up into leadership teams to plan for upcoming FCA ministry on YOUR campus

All of the area schools will be invited to join us. For this to be successful, we need you and your team to "buy in" to this, and our commitment to you all is to give you an excellent experience and training that will help you to fulfill your FCA vision for your campus.

Please mark the date we will start, and share this opportunity with the other leaders at your school. In the mean time, please be thinking about other key members of your leadership team who need to get on board this year with your FCA, and invite them to join you as well.
